Recorded from four sites in the north of the county, with good good numbers coming from Llanymynech Rocks.

Habitat
Wherever foodplant is found; also on limestone grassland.
Foodplant
Bilberry & bog myrtle. Where occurs on limestone grassland another foodplant must be used (Goldenrod a possibility).
Lifestage data
Spinning. Eggs laid on foodplant. Larva feeds in spun leaves. Pupates
in a folded leaf edge. |
